The stages of therapy

  1. Free initial call — a short conversation to understand what the person is looking for.

  2. First session — an opportunity to discuss current difficulties, background, goals, and questions.

  3. Ongoing therapy — sessions exploring emotions, relationships, patterns, coping strategies, and current life experiences.

  4. Ending therapy — therapy may be short-term or longer-term depending on need.

€120 per 50 minute session - payable in advance of each session
